Small on purpose. Local on purpose.
The big "we buy houses" companies have call centers, regional managers, and seven-figure ad budgets. We have neither the overhead nor the appetite for that. Ziffnet is two partners and a small bench of trusted local contractors. That's the whole company.
We started Ziffnet because we were tired of watching homeowners get squeezed — by agents who pocket six percent, by cash buyers who lowball and hope the seller is desperate, and by foreclosure-stage piranhas. We thought there was a quieter, fairer way to do this. Most of our business comes from referrals from people we've worked with before, which we take as a sign we're getting it right.
We live in Chicagoland. Our kids go to school here. The houses we buy are usually within a thirty-minute drive of one of our homes. When you call, you talk to one of us — not a script-reading SDR.

Built on trust
We've been the boring, reliable choice for Chicagoland homeowners.
